National Day for Truth and Reconciliation / Orange Shirt Day
This week, Métis Child, Family and Community Services gathered at the Assiniboine River for a solemn ceremony on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation / Orange Shirt Day (Sept 30). Staff members came together to honour the children who never returned home, to grieve, to pray, and to strengthen our commitment to healing and truth.
